Course Description

This course is designed to educate fitness enthusiasts to understand and have the knowledge of that of a Personal Trainer.  Included are video lectures accompanied with online learning materials, online theory practice quizzes and practical activities.  Once you have completed, the practise quizzes and activities you are ready for the overall final knowledge questionnaire.

It’s designed for personal, educational use only, for the health and fitness conscious individuals who want to educate and understand their health and wellbeing.

The course is designed by Sue Stanley and delivered by the World Fitness Academy.

Online Quizzes: To help you with your final knowledge quiz you need to complete each chapter’s practice online quiz.  You must complete each quiz in order. You can attempt these quizzes as many times as you can to achieve 100%.  This will help you with your final knowledge quiz.

Practical Activities: You can then perform and fill out online Health Screening Assessment, Fitness Assessment, Postural Screening Assessment, design an Exercise Plan and design a Strength Program, Cardio Program and a Flexibility program.  Once this is completed all of the online quizzes and practical activities, you are ready to start your online Final Knowledge Quiz to access your certificate of achievement.

Final Knowledge Quiz: The online Final Knowledge Quiz can only be accessed when all the quizzes from each chapter are completed with 100% however the Final Knowledge Quiz only requires a mark of 80%.

You can fill out the below forms online:

Once you have completed all of the online quizzes for each of the chapters and the practical activities you can start the Final Knowledge Quiz to then receive your certificate of completion.  Good Luck!

Final Knowledge Quiz

At the end of all of your Chapter quizzes you have access to completing some practical activities, however to achieve the completion of the course complete the Final Knowledge Quiz with a completion mark of 80% to receive your certificate of achievement.

There are 40 questions to complete and can take the quiz as many times as it takes to achieve more than 80%.

Certificate of Achievement

Once you have completed all the quizzes you will be able access your certificate of achievement to valid your completion.
