This program is delivered through online learning materials, some video’s and the online quizzes. Once you have reviewed the materials and video’s, relevant to each section you will be ready to complete the online quizzes section by section.
Also you will have access to a 6 month Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Training Program according to your own fitness ability.
